  • Cancellations are processed in the order received

  • Any changes or updates to request cancellations must be provided in writing or electronically

Cancellation Policy
An 80% refund is available for cancellations received at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the class. Refunds are not available for cancellations submitted less than 2 weeks prior without a signed doctor's note. All cancellations must be submitted in writing or online; no phone cancellations will be accepted.
